Cat and/or critter care includes gathering your mail and turning on/off lights as needed. After ten visits within a two month period, the eleventh visit is complimentary.

* These rates are for a total of three cats and/or critters in the same household. If there are more than three cats and/or critters or if you would like more than one visit per day, please contact us.
Our full-time customers receive a 20% discount off our standard rate as our way of saying "thank-you" for your continued loyalty. Full-time customers are those who pre-pay for five visits in a seven day period.

Our part-time customers receive a 10% discount off our standard rate as our way of saying "thank-you" for your continued loyalty. Part-time customers are those who have paid for ten visits over a two month period (no need to pre-pay).

Standard rates are invoiced at the time service is rendered.

The "visit count" is tracked and noted on each invoice.

When ten visits are completed, the eleventh visit is complimentary.

One-on-One Dog Walking for one dog works out to:

$27.00 for a 60 minute longer walk and playtime

$22.50 for a 45 minute walk and playtime

$18.00 for a 30 minute short walk

Same day cancellations are invoiced for the full service fee.

Complimentary key pick up is included with initial consultation

Subsequent key pick-up and/or drop-off: $5 surcharge per instance (Note: we can retain your key for future use and/or you may arrange to pick up your key after service is rendered at no cost)

As a service perk, we endeavour to provide evening and weekend service to our current customers as our schedule permits. Contact us for more details.

All statutory holidays: $5 surcharge per visit

Payment by cash or cheque is required either prior to or on the day of service being rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. Receipts will be issued at the time of or shortly after service has been rendered.

The complimentary session must be of equal or lesser value as compared to the majority of the paid sessions. The 10 sessions must be completed within a two month period in order to receive one complimentary session.

Although we completely understand that schedules can sometimes be unpredictable, we ask that we be given 24 hours cancellation notice. If less than 24 hours cancellation notice is given, we may have to charge for the contracted service, depending on our schedule.
Special arrangements can be made for extended visits and/or multiple visits in one day which can span the course of two or more days. Please contact us at any time to discuss.
