She is extremely trustworthy and reliable, sending us regular updates on how he was doing in our absence. Her easygoing nature also made it easy for her to bond with our timid guy, and she was always available for us - during holidays, and even a couple of times when we had to leave town at the last minute. Having recently moved to Victoria, we are going to sorely miss having her to call upon! Thanks for everything Anne!"
